On March 31, 2022, Stefan Reinstadler entered his well-deserved retirement. To fill this position, the new shareholders Christina Scherer, Hendrik Burg and Jeremy Kukielka move up and take over the responsibilities of Stefan Reinstadler.

Michael Scherer still remains managing director of Konzept and works together with the new shareholders on the further development of the company.
